Trust & API

Kyvora API

Kyvora is designed to become an integration-friendly recruiting coordination platform.

API access is not publicly available yet. We plan to support qualified customers and integration partners who need secure, controlled access to Kyvora workflows, candidate screening data, messaging events, and recruiting automation.

Planned API capabilities

Candidate Workflows

Create, update, and retrieve candidate screening workflows, subject to customer permissions and applicable privacy requirements.

Messaging Events

Access message status, candidate responses, opt-outs, and workflow events for approved use cases.

Screening Results

Retrieve AI-assisted summaries, structured answers, qualification indicators, and recruiter-review status.

Webhooks

Subscribe to workflow events such as screening completed, candidate responded, opt-out received, or human review requested.

ATS and CRM Integrations

Future integrations may connect Kyvora to applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and internal recruiting operations tools.

API access

API access will be limited to approved customers and partners. Access may require additional agreements, security review, authentication controls, rate limits, and compliance requirements.

Developer and security expectations

API users will be responsible for protecting credentials, limiting access to authorized personnel, respecting candidate opt-outs, maintaining lawful processing rights, and using the API only for approved recruiting and employment coordination purposes.
